● Diego Samuel founded the El Paraíso farm in 2008, where he and his team have been experimenting with coffee varieties and processing methods. In 2015, Diego Samuel won first place in a regional coffee competition, the first one he ever participated in. Three years later, he achieved a tenth place in the Colombian Cup of Excellence. 
Diego has developed new technology to maintain the consistency of his fabulous cup profiles, which has not only benefited his farm but also neighbouring farms.
This coffee has lychee, peach, and yoghurt sweetness, which intensifies throughout the tasting experience.
