Situated high in the hills of southern Kenya, the location of Kiangoi washing station is ideal to produce the best Kenyan coffees. The Rungeto Cooperative pays attention to quality and detail, selecting only ripe cherries and removing low-density and damaged beans. This coffee is pulped and soaked in fresh water, then dried in raised beds over a period of two weeks. This processing method yields a typical Kenyan coffee profile.
